Meet Savanna! Owner and founder of New Roots Salon. Opening in 2018, her vision was to partner with other established stylists with the same passion for creating a luxury experience. Building friendships with fellow stylists, as well as her clients, was her goal and she successfully planted roots in the community of Crossville creating a thriving business for 8 years and counting!
She specializes in hair extensions, custom blondes, and gray coverage/blending.
She has expanded her business into Knoxville,TN and commutes between both locations.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two daughters, traveling, or doing anything outdoors!

Alyssia Randoll
Alyssia has been behind the chair for 9 years. She prides herself on developing and maintaining close relationships and trust with her clients. Knowing every client has diverse and unique needs, her attentive dynamic applies to the style and color she chooses with them. Her forte includes color, highlights, and hair extensions, including certification in Babe Hair extensions. Continuing education is also very important to her as she fine tunes her craft.
Megan Sheffield
Megan Sheffield is a wife and a mother to a handsome little boy. From an early age, Megan's aspirations led her to attend a cosmetology school. She attended Paul Mitchell in Knoxville, Tennessee, and received her certification and license as a cosmetologist. Megan continues to strengthen and extend her education in her career field. She is certified in Babe hair extensions and specializes in lash extensions. Currently, Megan enjoys developing relationships with her customers while striving to ensure her customers feel pampered, beautiful, and satisfied with the services she offers. As a professional, Megan is resolute in staying up to date with new services and techniques associated with her career. Megan attends the latest cosmetology shows and classes yearly because she is passionate about her craft. Her customers are rewarded with the results of her education and confidence when booking an appointment with her!
Amanda Fuentes
Amanda is a devoted wife, proud mother of three—Kylian, Kobe, and Harper—and a loving Mimi to a spirited two-year-old who keeps her on her toes. With over 20 years of experience as a master barber, she has built a career rooted in passion, precision, and creativity. Amanda finds joy in the artistry of her craft, from coloring and cutting to styling, using each client as a canvas to express her talent and bring confidence to others.
Alyssa Berry
Alyssa is passionate about every part of her career as a hairstylist. She specializes in blondes and custom color, creating looks that are both beautiful and tailored to each client’s lifestyle. In addition to working behind the chair, she also helps manage our salon’s social media, bringing her creativity to life both online and in the salon.
Dedicated to her craft, Alyssa frequently attends advanced education classes to stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and products. She truly believes in the importance of continued learning so she can provide her clients with the very best results.
Alyssa loves building connections and making people feel confident and refreshed every time they sit in her chair. She is currently accepting new clients and looks forward to welcoming more wonderful people into her chair and creating beautiful transformations.
